SJSZ series Cone Double-Screw-Stem Extruder is a kind of special equipment for all kinds of PVC power extruding and forming. It is equipped with different moulds and auxiliary machines can produce all kinds of PVC plastics pipe materials, plate material, sheet material, bar materials and grains.
The cylinder adopts aluminum heater and air-cooling system. It has the characteristics of quick and even heat
radiation, convenient operation and maintenance and others.
The core of the screw adopts auto circular cool regulating system to raise efficiency. According to the different prescription demands of the consumers, the co***ny can make up the most reasonable screw stem to reach
the best plasticizing state and material flow quality.
The reducer and distribution box adopt imported bearings and imported paint. The gearwheel adopts 38CrMoAIA alloy steel and processed by nitrogen.
The temperature-control system adopts imported temperature-control system and imported contactor. The precision of the temperature-control can reach 1 C.
Electric motor adopts AC power motor, imported frequency and speed control system, or DC power motor, English Oulu 590 DC power control systerm. The electric control system has multiple alarm functions and current protective device. |
